We’re a nonprofit network empowering LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs and professionals of all ages.
Through mentorship, skill-sharing, and digital literacy programs, we create inclusive spaces where businesses can flourish and communities can belong. Guided by Ubuntu — “I am because we are” — OUT4BIZ builds resilience by lifting each other up.
We’re proud to partner with our mentor organization, UpliftBlack.org, a leading nonprofit known for mentoring Black communities through impactful programming. Their Accelerate Your Proud Business Accelerator — a 12-week virtual program for BIPOC 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs, proudly supported by the CGLCC (Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce) — has a proven track record of equipping underrepresented entrepreneurs with real-world tools, mentorship, and inclusive business practices.
